Systemic & Family Constellations Workshop

Hosted by Denise Warner at Forster Yoga Studio. Whether you’re completely new to Systemic Constellations, personally curious, or already working within counselling, coaching, healing or therapeutic spaces, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore the hidden dynamics that can shape relationships, emotions, behaviours, and life patterns.

Through guided group processes and experiential exercises, participants are invited to observe, reflect, and connect with deeper insights around family systems, belonging, recurring patterns, and personal growth.

No prior experience is needed — you are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you. This workshop is open for 20 participants and costs $60, payment can be made in cash on the day of the workshop or bank transfer prior to the workshop, please indicate with your RSVP which method you would prefer so details can be sent prior.
